Eligibility criteria
- Individuals 40 years or older are eligible under Phase 2C (appointment dates on or after March 19)
- Individuals under 40 years of age with qualifying medical conditions in Phase 1B, 1C, 1D or 1E
- Employees of Lucas County K-12 schools
- Phase 1C Occupations (Childcare Services, Funeral Services, Law Enforcement Officers & Corrections Staff)
Ohioans 16 and older will become eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine under Phase 2D of Ohio’s vaccination program beginning Monday, March 29, 2021.
